Becky Magnotta is President of Homestead Coaching and Consulting.
Her coaching uses her deep corporate experience which includes over 30 years with companies such as DISH Network, and Chevron, and 20 years of Leadership and Talent Development experience. She has been an Executive Coach for 7 years.
As a coach, Becky has supported all levels of executives in every field including consumer technology, medicine, finance, software development. Becky has helped leaders from the C-Suite and in Operations, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Human Resources.
Becky enjoys public speaking and has presented talent management, leadership, and coaching topics at many international conferences and events and various on-line interviews.
Becky has a bachelor’s degree in piano performance from the University of Denver, and an M.B.A. with a finance emphasis from Regis University in Denver.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing music, traveling, hiking spending time with family and friends – and especially her husband, Steve.
Bridget Karlin
Global Chief Technology Officer IBM
Bridget Karlin is the Chief Technology Officer and VP of IBM's multi-billion dollar Global Technology Services business. She is responsible for driving the corporate transformation to build and deliver IBM's cognitive technology services platform, leveraging advanced technology, innovation and software-defined automation that benefit clients and partners with increased security, efficiency, flexibility and control for their digital business.
Prior to IBM, Bridget was Managing Director of the Internet of Things (IoT) Strategy and Integrated Products Division at Intel Corporation, responsible for Intel’s IoT Strategy, Platform and Product Portfolio marketing and managing the commercialization of IoT partner-branded offerings, leveraging Intel's silicon, software and services, to enable edge to cloud analytics, digital services and advanced communications. She has worked closely with U.S. government policy makers to influence legislation ranging from industrial IoT to consumer privacy to autonomous driving that keeps pace with technology innovation to enable business, environment and social transformation across a global marketplace. She also served as GM for the Intel Hybrid Cloud business and for driving Intel's Data Center software portfolio synergies to deliver more complete customer solutions. Bridget has previously held executive positions as VP with CompuCom, KPN/Getronics, as investor with Redleaf Venture Capital, VP Product Management for Union Bank, and was president and co-founder of Thinque Systems, a pioneer in mobile software deployed in 43 countries. Bridget serves on the CTA/CES (Consumer Technology Association) Executive Board of Directors and on the advisory board of Zynstra, a UK cloud-based software company. Bridget is a recipient of the 2016 Industrial IoT 5G Innovators award, the Malcolm Baldrige Software Quality award, listed in the top Fast 50 Tech CEO’s, and recipient of the BellSouth Technology Innovator award.
