Meet the Women in Consumer Technology 2023 Legacy Awards Honorees

 

 

Kinsey Fabrizio, Senior Vice President of Membership and CES Sales

Kinsey Fabrizio is the Senior Vice President of Membership and CES sales at the Consumer Technology Association™ (CTA), the U.S. trade association representing more than 1,500 consumer technology companies and which owns and produces CES® – The Global Stage for Innovation. Kinsey provides leadership, guidance, and oversight of the membership, marketing, and sales teams. She is responsible for the teams’ performance, revenue generation, and achievement of goals.

 

Angela Larson, Senior Vice President of Customer Operations

Angela Larson is the Senior VP of Customer Operations at Savant, and a more than 20-year veteran of the smart home industry. She has been with Savant Systems for over a decade, and currently oversees all aspects of front-end business operations, including sales and marketing, education, online dealer tools, and customer support. She has focused her career on bringing technology-focused solutions to market by building strong global teams with a passion for their craft. She is a proud and active member of her community, serving on various local schoolboards and youth programs.

 

Lucette Nicoll, Founder, Nicoll Public Relations

Lucette Nicoll is the founder of Nicoll Public Relations, a full service, boutique PR and marketing communications agency. Established in 1987, Nicoll Public Relations specializes in
representing manufacturers and brands within the consumer electronics and aftermarket automotive industries. The driving force behind the company’s phenomenal success, Lucette’s
intuitive sense and business savvy has helped lead the consistent growth of the firm. Her hands-on account management style has continuously built and strengthened the agency’s long-standing industry relationships.

 

Jessica Paskon, Vice President of Finance and Operations, Snap One

Jessica Paskon is the VP of Finance and Operations for ProSource, the largest audio, video and integration buying group in the United States. Jessica has been with ProSource for over 18
years, where her contributions have helped grow the organization from 13 to over 600 members. Through the ProSource annual charity events, she has been instrumental in raising over $550K for the Make-a-Wish Foundation – a charity she holds near and dear to her heart. She holds a B.A. from Northeastern Illinois University and was selected as one of Dealerscope’s 2018 Powerful Women in consumer technology.

 

Woman to Watch: JoAnn Arcenal, Director of Business Development, Crestron

In her role as Director of Business Development for Crestron, Arcenal steers her team in connecting the design-build with the technology communities as these industries converge. She
brings over a decade of experience in various technology roles to share expertise, supply resources, and offer education to these groups — empowering design partners to confidently drive tech-based conversations and make informed decisions. JoAnn continues her own personal development and has earned recognition as an InfoComm/AVIXA International certified technology specialist, a Digital Signage Federation digital signage certified expert, a CEDIA-certified outreach instructor, and a master sales associate as part of Crestron’s esteemed master’s program. JoAnn has been featured in many industry publications and named to the Commercial Integrator’s “40 Influencers Under 40” list.

 

Carol Campbell Inspiration Award: Norma Garcia-Muro, Vice President of Marketing, Kaleidescape

Norma Garcia-Muro’s career is dedicated to entertainment experiences and the technology that fuels them. With her expertise, she brings a contagious passion for film, broadcast, theatrical exhibition, and cinema technology to the United States and abroad. As Vice President of Marketing at Kaleidescape, Norma draws upon her extensive foundation in film marketing to
propel Kaleidescape’s growth and revolutionize the home cinema experience. Prior to Kaleidescape, Norma held positions with Paramount Pictures, Lucasfilm Ltd., Dolby Laboratories, and THX Ltd.
Beyond her career as a leader in entertainment and technology, she is a consummate motivator and mentor with a passion for empowering young women of color within the industry. She
served as a mentor of UNIC Women’s Cinema Leadership Program and is a member of both Women in Tech and Women in Exhibition. She founded the Latino Employee Network MUNDO under Dolby’s Diversity and Inclusion program and the #WomenCOLLAB, a resource-sharing association connecting female entertainment and tech professionals in the Bay Area. In 2021 and 2020, Norma was named one of the Top 50 Women in Global Cinema.
